Kuma Inn Owner Gives Recipes for Dinuguan and Pancit Canton

MAY 9--Chef King Phojanakong, owner of Kuma Inn in Lower East Side in New York, shows the unfamiliar ingredient of pig’s blood or diniguan to a Gothamist reporter. Phojanakong was born in New York, to a Filipino mother and a Thai father, and he spent summers as a kid in the Philippines. He also served stir-fried egg noodles.
